Alberta Pork Museum

To educate school-aged children on where pork comes from, Alberta Pork devised an educational centre located on a pig farm at the University of Alberta Agricultural sector. Working alongside the team at Curio Studio we created illustrations that were applied to the walls, depicting information about the history of pork, how pigs are grown and raised, and how they become pork products. Featured are a few of the favourite pieces I worked on for the project, including: “How big is a pig?” (featuring a chart to describe much you weigh in PIGS,) a pork-only deli, vintage pork posters, amazing pig products, a pork butchering diagram, and illustrations of various pig breeds.
